Michael Ciulla is an Associate Attorney at Liston & Tsantilis, P.C. His practice concentrates on Property Tax Incentives as well as Property Tax Appeals.

Michael received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2020, earning Certificates in both Transactional Law and Federal Income Tax Law. His course of study during law school was focused on Federal Income Tax and Corporate Transactions. He worked as a Student Clinician in Loyola’s Federal Income Tax Clinic, representing economically disadvantaged taxpayers before the IRS. In addition, Michael worked as a Law Clerk in a Civil Litigation firm focused on mortgage foreclosure defense and federal lending statutes.

Prior to attending law school, Michael graduated from the University of Michigan in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Economics, where he was an active participant in one of the university’s stock investment organizations
