Keito is an Associate Attorney at Liston & Tsantilis, P.C., advising clients on commercial real estate matters and property tax incentives. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.

Keito received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2025. During law school, Keito interned at international law firms in Tokyo and Singapore, externed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, volunteered at the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic, worked as a research assistant, and competed in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong. Keito is fluent in Japanese and is an alumnus of the University of Edinburgh where he earned his undergraduate degree in Politics with Quantitative Methods.
