Caroline Tait
Caroline concentrates her practice on commercial real estate transactions, property tax incentives, and zoning matters. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois and is a member the Illinois State Bar Association and Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
She earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago’s School of Law. During law school, she served on the editorial boards of both the Consumer Law Review and the Journal of Regulatory Compliance, contributing scholarly work and earning the Leadership, Service, and Public Interest Award for the 2023 – 2024 academic year.
Before law school, she graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a dual major in Political Science and History, focusing on international studies. After earning her undergraduate degree, she also spent a formative year working as a paralegal in Boston, gaining hands-on legal experience that continues to inform her client-centered practice today.
